For example, property improvements such as fresh paint, new curtains, indoor plants, wall hangings and/or exterior plants, to name a few ideas, can help us rent out your property more quickly and attract better-qualified tenants to generate higher monthly income.
- Use our vendors or choose your own for implementation. Approved costs for implementation will be your responsibility.
- At no additional cost, we’ll supervise all aspects of the property updates to your satisfaction prior to acquiring a tenant.
